Derma2in1 Alapítvány (Derma2in1 Foundation) — a registered non-profit foundation in Hungary.
The Foundation's mission includes advancing global dermatological prevention through AI innovation, supporting healthcare access in developing countries (particularly Africa), and providing technology free of charge to those in need.
Dermatoscope.ai is an AI-powered dermatological risk assessment and decision-support web application (Progressive Web App — PWA). The Service provides:
The Service is accessible exclusively via web browser. No native mobile application download is required.
IMPORTANT: THIS APPLICATION DOES NOT REPLACE IN-PERSON MEDICAL EXAMINATION.
In accordance with the Irish Medical Council's 2025 AI Position Statement: "AI complements, but does not replace, physician decision-making. The same professional and legal standards apply as with any other clinical tool."
All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. (an Irish-founded company headquartered in Dublin). Accepted payment methods include: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods supported by Stripe in your region.
Revenue: As a non-profit foundation, 100% of revenue supports the Foundation's mission of global dermatological prevention and healthcare access.

The application, including its design, source code, AI algorithms, and all related materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Derma2in1 Alapítvány.
Anonymised Data: By using the Service, you consent to the use of fully anonymised data (which cannot be linked back to you) for the purpose of improving the AI algorithms and for scientific research, subject to appropriate ethical approvals.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice within the application at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
